No Mentoring, massive workload, huge staff turnover and the work of exiting staff just gets handed to whoever is unlucky enough to get it, projects massively understaffed, PMs are required to handle every aspect of projects with understaffed (or non existent) design and commercial departments too swamped to help, continuously pulled from one area to the next to help out depending on what needs to be pulled out of a hole on any particular day or hour,crazy place, its only after you leave you realise how mad it is.
