Pros
* I really feel that the team lives out the values of the company - Team, Transparency, Trust and Technology! What really adds to this is that these values were chosen by the employees and continue to be reviewed by employees themselves! * The team is so diverse and there are so many different cultures and backgrounds, i.e. interesting conversations and different perspectives which adds such value to the day-to-day whether it be new ideas or just a coffee catch-up! * Consistent, direct and honest feedback from all areas of the business. I feel like I have a voice and that it is heard and listened to - my opinions and ideas matter and are valued! * Flexible and remote environment where you are trusted to get on with your work without having someone over your shoulder. Although working remotely, I still feel very much surrounded by a team and a part of the team and bigger company - not an island on my own. I also feel like I have more control of my work/life balance!
Cons
Honestly, there aren't many! The company is a start-up environment and that comes with it's pros and cons - there is sometimes craziness and chaos. Some people prefer to work in a more defined structure. Personally, I enjoy the chaos - it allows me to step outside of my comfort zone and add value by bringing order and putting processes into place which in turn allows me to grow both professionally and personally.
