You have to be happy or fake-happy and you can't criticise the company or management or you'll be labelled as a negative person.
Salaries are a bit low for juniors, you can expect a raise if you are a puppet or burry yourself at work.
The company promotes itself as an AI company but there isn't a bit of AI there, and in my opinion, the management there has no *I* at all.
Weird things happen all the time, people leave or get fired for vague reasons, people move to other teams for no apparent reason, weird policies come out of nowhere.
Word of advice, ignore the shiny beautiful naive reviews that say the company is a heaven on earth. It has its pros and cons, so get real and define what you want in a working place then decide.
