Pros
Great foot in the door to working with a tech company.
Recruiters are very communicative and try to share what information they know.
Others in training process were very kind and nice people to be around.
Training was not extremely difficult, and made me feel set up for assignments, tests, and ultimately getting hired onto the job.
Along with training, new skills were developed that will stay with me through my career.
Cons
The main thing I would like to be better about the overall process was total communication and points of misinformation. Multiple times during the training process something was said/done that completely reversed a previous promise. Or something we're told one day completely changes the next day, or someone tells us something incorrectly and we find out later that it was wrong. As this is my only con, I feel the pros far outweigh the few weeks of spotty communication that we had when it came to details about the course. Being able to get a foot in the door after college when I had tried so hard and applied for so long is something that I believe was worth it if it meant dealing with the communication styles I wasn't a huge fan of.
