Pros

The hours are good depending in which department you work in The location isn't too bad, it's between Barbican and St. Pauls

Cons

- The management is awful - No communication whatsoever, you'll only find out about stuff that affects you right before it's going to happen - Staff aren't treated well, to them you are just a commodity and will get rid the second they want to. It'll be a straight termination of your contract - No team atmosphere in any of the departments, no departments inter mingle - No benefits apart from a day off on your birthday (wow) - Targets are never set (for non-sales staff) and then people complain that targets aren't being met - Very high turnover of staff, about 15% of the workforce have been at the company over 4 years which speaks volumes

Pros

Some fun after work happy hours. The health benefits are good.

Cons

A very big disconnect between the New York office and the London office. People were being underpaid and forced to work a lot of hours. Large restrictions were made on sick days and vacation days. I only hope that the environment got better after some time.

Pros

Company has been around for many years and until recently, had a stellar reputation.

Cons

Awful Management, illegal sick day policies or lunch time allowances. The people are miserable. This is just a job until they get the job they want l.
