Pros

Great team, management and leadership listens to its staff and does it best to do right by the. Good benefits and time off. Generally rewarding work.

Cons

Tracking time as a consultant is hard when you don't have enough billable hours; your billable hours are largely out of your control (all depends on what you are assigned) but is made your responsibility- this can induce pressure and anxiety.

Pros

Each employee gets to choose a performance coach who is meant to be their advocate The firm pushes you to take CPA and celebrates those who pass, can get a bonus for passing Many learning opportunities There are different industries you can try out

Cons

Uncertainty - you may be the last person standing (others quit or got fired) and feel like they still may not promote you after 2.5 years in the same role Turnover - you might make friends or get used to a team but have an entirely new team after a year due to turnover Interns/associates got fired even though there seems to be shortage of employees Managers have a skewed idea of how long tasks take and will expect you to work extra to complete tasks that weren’t properly budgeted in the first place
