Pros
Being in a support role on the Practice Management team of CohnReznick I can say with pride that we really focus on creating a positive, informed, and inclusive culture company wide. CohnReznick values our team members and encourages a healthy work/life balance. We walk the walk and talk the talk when it comes to giving back to the community and promoting/celebrating diversity. Achievements are recognized, goal setting is a priority, trainings are regularly provided, and there are lots of fun extra things like happy hours and free meals during busy season.
Cons
We expect a lot from our employees, especially the ability to handle a diverse work load. You've got to be able to prioritize and communicate. We are fortunate in that we can introduce our staff to several different industries but some can find that overwhelming if they don't have strong organizational skills.
