Pros
Brookvale location. So you can see the sea as you drown in sorrow. A healthy hike up a steep drive as no parking is available (unless you are truly favoured) is the only benefit offered.
Cons
This is a company lacking trust and this came from the top. No employee is allowed to work free of fear and this manifests in a chronic email and "cc" culture. Little investment in systems. Poor procedures and policies. However all inadequacies have to be overcome through working harder and for longer. This is a place where no support is given when compassion demands it. A business where hiring someone on a 457 allows the opportunity to pay less than the market for as long as possible.
