I do not know anymore...use to be the pay but they even changed the pay scales.

unfairness. benefits are ridiculous. want you to work for nothing. hostile work environment. HORRIBLE HR. all about the profit over care of employees and patients. unsafe nursing. no flexibility. rigid with time/attendance. rude co-workers and management (although they smile in your face)
