Pros

Nothing good here. You’re only valued if you’re a “yes sir” type, agreeing without question.

Cons

1) No one questions leadership decisions. Silence isn’t agreement, it’s fear. Healthy cultures welcome respectful pushback. 2) Everything is urgent, all the time. 3) HR does not function as a neutral or supportive department, largely due to interference from an immature and controlling leader. It lacks independence, and its credibility is seriously undermined by top management’s overreach. At times, top managements openly insult or reprimand staff in front of others, while HR stays silent or worse, enables the behavior. This has destroyed trust and fostered a culture of fear rather than support. 4) Turnover is brushed off as “not a good fit”. No reflection. Just a revolving door and a shrinking sense of safety. No effort to understand why people leave. 5) You’re praised for working late and working on weekend. Exhaustion is rewarded. Rest is guilt-tripped. Work-life balance? RIP 6) Everything is labeled P&C (People & Culture). No transparency even to know either the leader come to office or not.

Pros

I have been working with the company for the past two years, and throughout this journey, I have seen the company move in a very positive direction with active involvement in new projects and business opportunities. The working culture is fast-paced, dynamic, and rewarding, especially for employees who enjoy challenges, continuous learning, and strong teamwork. I choose to stay and continue growing with this company because I truly believe in its vision and future. The Managing Director’s continuous dedication, leadership, and relentless efforts to drive the company towards greater success give me strong confidence in the company’s long-term potential.

Cons

I believe nothing in this world comes easy, and success always requires commitment, hard work, and perseverance. Therefore, I do not have any significant concerns or negative comments regarding the company, as every challenge faced is part of the growth and learning process.

Pros

You will succeed here if you agree with the MD 100% of the time and are open to be treated like a child instead of an adult. Oh and if you’ve never considered taking leave and coming into office while you’re sick is a way of life, you’ll be employee of the year all day long.

Cons

Doing things the right way is secondary. Bulldozing to secure a client signature is preferable. When the MD considers governance as a waste of time and copy pasting one agreement to another as acceptable, that should be a huge red flag. The MD is the alpha and the omega. Everything starts and ends with him. Everything. Even if you are a C-level, you have absolutely zero empowerment. But all the accountability falls on you. MD tells you to do things a certain way and no other way is acceptable. But it doesn’t work. It’s 100% your fault. It is a culture of blame, severe micromanagement and minimal empowerment.
