Pros
The people are some of the best to work with. Work/life balance is decent. Decent products.
Cons
Some managers are very micro-managing an not very positive, which makes some feel like their abilities and talents are being overshadowed by rigid processes. Also, the corporate vision is always changing and estaff is always preaching about being ahead of the game when in actuality they're ideas are not on really ahead. Some competition already have the tools or visions in play that they are just now getting into. One other thing is that they are always behind on paying bills and like to be late on getting sales people their quota's (sometimes not even until a quarter is almost over). Constant search for funding is quarterly issue it seems. Which affects not only commissions, but there is a lack of raises to employees, especially those that have been around a long time.
