Tyrannical, paranoid leadership that is overwhelmed and, as a result, has decided to micromanage the most trivial level of the work. Insults and abuse are a regular occurrence. Everyone is fearful and looks for someone else to blame. No one is safe in this setting. Very rigid hierarchy. Lacks an operations team, and tries to manage HR, DEI, and Operations in one department, which is a colossal failure. The head of that team only really cares about DEI, but in a lip service way, and avoids offering any leadership/action for project management and other operations.
