Pros

The CEO is very enterprising and has a good vision for the company. As an employee the experience interacting with Head office is pleasant. The recruitment was fairly simple and all interviewers were great. I went through 3 rounds and was supported well.

Cons

The values of the company are not practiced in reality. There are many unfair & biased practices on the root level. A lot of blame culture. Would not recommend unless you are working at the head office London! At client sites it's like a different company. Surprisingly no feedback loops or set KPIs. Unclear hierarchy.

Pros

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Cons

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
