Pros
Everyone works as a team across all departments. Communication is excellent from the lettings to sales to property management departments. Leads on prospective clients to sales to tendering for upcoming management contracts come from sources in other departments all the time which is brilliant.
Cons
Board meetings can be too long especially on Friday evenings. The city traffic in Dublin makes it a laborious journey at times to get to and from the office for meetings.
