Managers say one thing and do another; hiring is based on looks and gender; no performance feedback; paternalistic culture (typical of most companies in this industry, I realize).

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review – we consistently collect feedback to help ensure we are creating the best possible employee experience at Colliers. Multiple internal programs and initiatives have helped us to significantly advance our position as an employer that has zero tolerance for any kind of harassment, as well as the sustainable promotion of diversity and inclusion within our workforce. I’d be happy to talk over these in more detail if you’d like to connect with me.
-the people
-mostly easy-going
-not a hard job
-good actually entry level job
-people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about
Cons
-Schedule rigidity
-almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values)
-the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised)
-the favoraitism by management
-the work is either a 100% or nothing to do
-in office days tend to be highly stressful
