Pros
Good people on a personal level
Cons
Benefits are crazy expensive out of pocket for what you get (and no maternity leave top up). Although this is a "team environment" on the surface, people are not very helpful and are more than willing to backstab to further their own careers.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are continuously looking to improve and benefits providers/packages are reviewed annually to ensure we offer the most competitive packages to our employees. -the people
-mostly easy-going
-not a hard job
-good actually entry level job
-people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about
Cons
-Schedule rigidity
-almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values)
-the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised)
-the favoraitism by management
-the work is either a 100% or nothing to do
-in office days tend to be highly stressful
