Pros
Great, positive atmosphere, really enjoyed many of the perks, and had a wonderful time with the incredible brokers. Some of these guys are real movers and shakers and will encourage you to do your best.
Cons
Old-boys network, latent sexism in the office. Do not take a job here unless you can interview with the managing director and ask questions of your direct supervisor.
