Pros
It's a good place to work if you have no other options in the central valley for electrical construction. They'll pay you exactly what they need to keep you, but nothing more. Be prepared to beg and plead for any raises/benefits. Also, please be very careful about crossing any of the owners. They don't welcome differing opinions from their own, especially the eldest brother. The 3 owners are brothers and will back each other no matter what. They will make you feel like you are "blessed" to be working for them. I was told many times that I was lucky to be employed by such a great and honest company. I wish them luck in their pursuit of profits, but after 15 years of working for them, I can no longer pretend to support this company's "mission statement".
Cons
I'm not saying don't work for them, it's a good career. Just be very careful what you say around the owners. They won't back you; even if you're right. They'll always back each other instead. For customers, the philosophy is to get the job, then make up profits in change orders after getting the contract.
