No apparent care or concern for physical or mental wellbeing of workers Long hours, short breaks Lack of appreciation when you help out with covering extra shifts Certain staff get away with bending the rules with little or no consequences Despite anti-bullying/harassment training certain employees/senior staff are permitted to behave poorly towards others and complaints are not always upheld or addressed properly in line with company policies. Communication is often poor between departments
