Great management and people. Bosses are very understanding.

Will not get many hours.

Colleagues are top notch. Always available to help.

Company has gotten cheap. Below average pay raises the last 2 years, even for top performers. Stripped the stores of labor. Trying to build their own programs and doing a poor job at it. The tools they use that they do purchase, they get the bare minimum so they don't work well.
