Pros
I believe there is something great at the College as a whole. The segment of students, I believe are the wave of the future and will be the core of tomorrow's workforce. Thanksgiving week and Christmas/New Year's shutdown!
Cons
There needs to be a holistic review of the mid-level management. Just because someone has an online master's or doctorate does not make them a leader or proper manager. Executive level should see why good people are leaving. They don't want to play mind games or continue to be beat down. The manipulation, control, mental oppression really sucks the life out of the dept. Zero professional development or true guidance/betterment from this "director". These opinions are only of one department/office and should not be seen as a reflection of the College as a whole.
