I regret ever working for this company, specifically at the corporate office, and I still feel uneasy whenever I think back to my time there. If you are even remotely happy where you work now, please do not leave your job to work for Colwen. From what I saw, HR lacks any compassion to you as an employee, and is only concerned with the bottom line. Employees are better off keeping their matters to themselves unless absolutely necessary, because HR WILL NOT have your back. Finally, I have to mention that male corporate office employees are given gift cards at Christmas, while female employees are gifted handbags or earrings. What kind of sexist, backwards tradition is this, and how does Colwen justify demeaning their female employees in this way?
