Pros
Work hours are flexible based on how much or how little an employee wants/can work. Very supportive in caregiver success. Love the clients that I have worked with and have created great professional relationships. The office is very responsive to questions, concerns, schedules, and emergencies.
Cons
Open shifts/assigned shifts sometimes do not provide the full background/needs of a client. As someone who is not CNA certified, I do not feel I have the skills to provide high level of care to those clients who are needing extra support. I want the best for clients and feel I do not have proper training so it would be helpful to have the full information of the needs of a client (this is referring to immediate shift openings when you are not able to see the "care plan").
