Pros

Good colleagues and you can really trauma bond.

Cons

• The company shifted dramatically for the worse after new leadership took control. • The CEO treats employees with complete disregard, acting as if people are expendable and beneath basic respect. • Concerns are raised, yet management rarely acknowledges or takes them seriously. • The culture feels deeply unsettling and driven by fear, with many employees staying silent just to avoid becoming a target. • After a significant wave of layoffs, instability became the norm and job security felt nonexistent. • There was constant expectation to remain available beyond normal working hours without fair compensation. • Management behavior grew increasingly harsh, while transparency and trust completely broke down.

Pros

Unique organization and culture with a "help-first" mentality. Multi-dimensional role (equal parts customer service, marketing, and sales). Fully remote job with great hours. Above average salary and benefits. I get to travel and represent the company in industry events. Platform that’s rocking retail – in a good way

Cons

No. It’s a fun and flexible environment.

Pros

I was close to some of my colleagues. We were all trauma bonding as we had all been humiliated by the arrogant leadership at one point or another.

Cons

The leadership is terribly mean and evil. The people at the top don't care about anyone's dignity or self-respect. They pick a target every couple of days, humiliate this person, and blame them for everything that's going wrong with the company. It's awful to watch and terrible to suffer through. If someone highlights something that needs improvement, things become worse for that person, and that person is shortly assigned the work of three people (which they possibly can't handle alone). As a result, most employees who have been stuck here for a long time have learned to keep their mouths shut and keep their thoughts to themselves. Now, the arrogant leaders think whatever they are doing is correct, as no one bothers to speak up. It's ridiculously toxic! RED FLAG!!!
