Supportive environment with room for improvement in organization - Summer Program Leader Common Good City Farm Employee Review

The work environment was very accommodating and valued open communication and feedback. Everyone was looking out for one another and wanting to help out to ensure the program ran smoothly and that the youth were being centered in all conversations. I learned a lot and felt supported in my growth and was given space to make decisions and act on my own ideas and intuition.
