We're over 70 years old and we need to shake off some small CU issues and start to invest more in our people and technology. We're on the right track but it will take some work to get there.

Extremely poor and incompetent management that lacks leadership and communication skills. • No regard for work-life balance; unrealistic expectations and constant pressure. • Disrespectful environment—little to no mutual respect between management and frontline staff. • Toxic culture where workplace bullying is tolerated and even protected by leadership. • Favoritism is rampant, and concerns brought to HR or upper management are ignored or dismissed. • Lack of professional development or meaningful career growth opportunities. • High employee turnover due to a hostile and unsupportive work environment.
