Terrible Leadership - Anonymous employee Community Access Employee Review

Leadership is abysmal. They don't even pretend to care about the staff and if they do then they should stop because they absolutely do not. Completely disconnected from the needs of participants, staff are overworked with complete lack of support. Programs get shut down with impunity. Chief program officer particularly problematic.
