      It's clean, regular weekday hours.

      Cons

      A lot of "manager's pets" get to sit around and do nothing while appearing busy. Immature management enables their lazy behavior. A few people work very hard, and are always expected to take on more work.

      Good boss when I was there, she genuinely cared for you as a person and for your career growth outside the company

      Cons

      Not much pay but you got free lunches every day catered by the drug reps which was organized by the office manager

      401k is great, they have some incentives for their employees

      Cons

      Poor compensation, over worked, give you a job of 3 people and dont want to compensate you for it
