      Flexible schedules, great food during staff meetings and people are usually nice.

      Cons

      No room to grow. Entry-level employees tend to get different treatment from a few employees who have been there for a while. Inefficient procedures in the filing department throughout the whole organization.

      Nothing. People are slackers. Management doesn't lead. Nepotism, cliques, bad hygiene, no professional attitude

      Cons

      Everything. Most of all the pay. This is a terrible workplace and maybe having a decent pay would help. Expect to be paid minimum wage and stay there for years. Promotion is gatekept. Favoritsm at its peak. Management does not care of mental well being and neither does HR. No one wants to be bothered by you. You learn on your own and get repremanded for not knowing what do with little instruction.
