Heather Lee has a great bedside manner with her patients, and was a pleasure to work for.

I really never received a definite assignment especially since I was in the learning process of the job and it was only part-time. I had to start my primary job late july.

The residents are mostly very sweet. Made a few good friends there. Casual dress code. Flexible if you are going to be in late or need time off.

Turn over is very high. Management promises bonuses and high starting pay for nursing staff. Then everybody quits. Nearly impossible to get in touch with anybody at the corporate office. Facility was sad and old in need of repair but company doesn't want to spend money. Made a few friends there who have either quit or are the job hunting right now. I only stayed as long as I did because of the residents. Run, don't walk. Not the place you want to work. Benefits are terrible also. They advertise 401K but they don't have it. They also force you to take benefits if you don't tell them otherwise. CEO is arrogant and out of the loop. Claims to be a Christian organization but it really isn't. Signs posted in the facility saying we aren't running a charity. I think that's really tacky.
