      Pros

      Get to wear jeans on Fridays and lots of OT during open enrollment. Work in Downtown Knoxville which is nice

      Cons

      Micromanagement at its finest. Policies seem to change on a continuous basis. Very rarely praised for a job well done but super quick to belittle you for even a small mistake. Health insurance is terrible which says a lot working for the actual insurance company.....

      meaningful work, great compensation, ability to learn and grow

      Cons

      company closed down due to the gov't not wanting to expand medicare to help those who could not obtain insurance through regular means. The gov't not paying what it agree to the prior year
