...who are overworked to death. Management just piles projects on with no appreciation for people's time. Work/life balance? What's that? And there's no--and I mean NO--communication whatsoever between management and staff. Everyone's so in their own little management-inflicted bubble they barely know the people around them. When my performance was underrated, I was told I could resign or STAY ON ANOTHER MONTH, at which time I'd be terminated. Sure, I'll do my best work knowing I'll get the ax in 30 days! Some people are taking this Kool-Aid thing VERY seriously. Save yourself the aggravation and seek a job somewhere else.
