      Pros

      I was able to move around within the company and receive 4 promotions. I have really had the chance to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive. Once you get in the company it is impossible to greatly increase you salary. If you start at an entry level position and work your way to a team lead or manager, your salary will be greatly less than those they hire in for that position.
