Decent pay and benefits if you are treated at one of their hospitals. Great nurses to work with. Good hours.
Cons
Pay is not competitive with surrounding hospitals. Under staffed and staffing guidelines not adhered. Always in a staffing shortage. Not good upper management. Old/faulty equipment and supplies.
