stability and good people to work with Corporate office is way over their head in all things technology related so if you have decent skills in that area you can get good raises and advancement.
Cons
Behind the curve on every healthcare and technology trend. I built a reporting framework that was used by the entire division 2 years out of college and completely self taught in programming/data analysis (I studied business economics). I was offered a job at the corporate office and switched companies instead. The red tape and bureaucracy is mind blowing.
