Pros
Close to home with fair pay generally. Benefits were competitive and comparable to other health care organizations in the industry.
Cons
For profit can be focused on management bonus at hospital and Corporate level at expense of staff and patients. Patient care ratio can be high to nurse assignment which leads to problems. Unconcerned about nurse turn over and experienced staff causes problems.
