Pros
Being able to work remotely is the biggest pro.
Cons
They do not fairly compensate you for your education or experience. I have my Master's degree, and they told me that my degree did not matter. On the front end they will tell you that your salary is non-negotiable, and they will not even come close to meeting the salary of other companies in the same market. The Management is poor to non-existent. I probably hear from my Manager once a month. If you have issues and you bring it to the Manager, they will get mad at you for giving them work to do. The Managers are not knowledgeable, and my manager is not even able to help troubleshoot or deal with issues that we encounter while doing our daily tasks. If we ask how to do something, the response will be "I have no idea" with no follow-up or guidance on who actually may be able to help with the issues.
