Pros
I am working with a nice group of people that make an effort to create a sense of community with the employees.
Cons
I have a work from home position which I like but system outages happen on a weekly basis which not only disrupts work flow but also forces employees to either make up the time or take vacation pay. Also know that advancement is very slow with CHS so it depends on where you are in your career and what you are trying to accomplish.
