It was close to home. They shut down an entire hopsital and let the employees know by an email attachment after lying to our faces about the “rumor”. They OFFERED us a transfer to another CHS facility and then bullied us out 1 by 1.
Cons
Micromanagement to make sure they can make every dollar they can for people who come in looking for help. Run unnecessary tests, treat staff like idiots because they’re all about patient satisfaction - even bashing employees to the patients! Absolutely DO not support employees. It is the most toxic company I have ever worked for. They manage their staff based off bullying and fear.
