Pros
- Lots of work and opportunity. - Flexible hours - Proximity to Franklin, away from Nashville traffic! - Co-workers. - Good pay and vacation time.
Cons
- Constantly feeling understaffed. (this is by design though), but seriously they run lean. - Management can vary, but I have mostly had great managers. - Additional training may or may not happen. - Purchasing hardware or software for your team can be difficult no matter the ROI.
