Pros
Flexibility. They allow for you and your team to make schedules that work best for you. They also allow a lot of freedom at their contract sites to conduct business your way in an every changing healthcare world that needs stability.
Cons
The pay. They pay the least that they think they can. They tell you it you are hired and that the pay is low but you are getting so much experience. That is okay I guess but i really would like to get paid more.
