Depending on the department younwork in, will always depend on your work environment. I currently work in a great department only because of my director and coworkers.
Cons
Unless your a CFO, CEO or a big title your not getting much salary for working for at this company. CHS is one of the lowest paying Healthcare systems have seen in awhile.
