Pros
Nursing leadership is exceptional. Unfortunately those in leadership are so busy in meetings that they are dissociated with the worker bees.
Cons
Night shift staff is cliqueish and will do anything to get rid of you if they do not like you. Client services are an after thought, the facilities are run down and all ancillary support services are outsourced. I saw many codes that should have have had a positive outcome but due to the nursing staff focusing on trivial issues instead of the grand picture, opportunities were missed and the patients did not make it. I was let go because I chose to "rock the boat" and make my concerns known. I do not recommend this facility for anyone needing acute care.
