Pros
Big company, solid, and corporate support has gotten much better. Large company means more colleagues to share ideas and info with.
Cons
Hospital staff are overworked and stressed. Everyone is expected to wear too many hats or be replaced, and then ridiculed when you aren't able to perform to their standards despite not having the necessary resources to do the job - time, equipment, budget, etc...
