Pros
If you can survive the chaos, there is room to grow. Free lunch. Some smart and generous people.
Cons
Speaking to the sales org specifically. There were constant and consistent what feels like heavy handed, chaotic, and not thought out decisions that came from C-suite. For example SDR quota was changed 3X in my 6 months there (none of them good). It feels like they do anything in their power to NOT pay their sales reps. Like many startups there are a handful of people that will make money when it IPO's - however those people expect the same buy-in and dedication from lower level employees, who are quite underpaid compared to other similar positions in the area. Some examples of nepotism. Even if that person is good at their job it feels unfair and weird. For the sales org its very cliquey - if you're not 'in' it feels like you're on the way out. I would not recommend anyone I know to work here unless they have no other choice.
