Pros
Really good location with bright, spacious and modern office. Management welcomes talent, innovation and out of the box ideas. Good performance is recognised and appreciated and opportunities do exist for those who show they want them and work hard. Great team who are supportive, welcoming and know how to work hard but also play hard!
Cons
Can be quite pressurised at times and stressful, however, you do get a sense of accomplishment when you reach a goal or resolve an issue!
