Pros

Nice building in good location in your in NJ and don't want to commute to New York City every day

Cons

Sexual discrimination overt and NOP. No women on the board, in the c-suite or even VPs. Women steer clear--no place to build a career.

One of our values at Commvault is to treat others as they’d like to be treated, which means a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and we are proud to count women among our vice presidents and in key leadership roles. I’m passionate about Commvault being a place to build a career for all people and all genders. We have a proud record of being a diverse company and believe strongly that what makes us different makes us strong. At Commvault, in technology, and in business today overall, I agree there is a real need to focus on helping to support and grow the balance of women in leadership through both formal ways (like our many Women in Technology chapters around the world) as well as informal ways … mentoring, development, and open dialogue. Please consider reaching out to me directly, I would very much like to discuss more about your experience, my door is open. – Jesper Helt – CHRO
