Toxic Back Stabbing Political Environment - Marketing Department Commvault Employee Review

Recent leadership changes corroded the company at its core and brought out the worst in people - especially among senior management within Marketing and HR departments. Place is a shell of what it once was. Tried to lay employees off without severance packages with cleverly worded termination letters and conditions - all during Covid. Toxic environment now. No consistency or career growth plans. Promotions given to certain people at will while others wait without explanation. Definately need to be part of the inner circle to get ahead.
