> They dont follow any rules. HR to Managers need to read books of rules first. > Even HRs are rude and do not know their own work. HRs needs some training to know their job. > Too much delay in processing the profiles from HR. > Top Management is paralyzed and dependent on feedbacks from lower management who are way too under skilled. > Current management works on nepotism and growth is very limited. Only known people to managers can become manager or grow up the ladder. > Director is leaving the org and middle mgmt knows nothing about team management. > One should not join this kind of org leaving higher brand names. If you are fresher and do not have job then Commvault is the best.
