Pros

A few years ago this place was great. It was a family atmosphere. When the new CEO took over all that changed. While it's still an OK place to work, they started moving support to India and got rid of a lot of the US support, however India hasn't been living up to expectations, so the US desk is way overworked now with no real end in site. Pros of working here are managers who care and do try their best to make things as good as possible (although they are very limited on what they can do as upper management ultimately makes all the decisions)

Cons

Way over worked since they cut a big portion of the US staff Training is not what it should be There really isn't much room for advancement
